CRUCIFER AI TECHNOLOGIES | DUBAI

REVIEW & ESCALATION

A Concern Should Have a Clear Route to Review.

Crucifer expects its academic, employer, partner and technology systems to operate under defined standards. Where something does not meet those standards, students, candidates, employers, partners, employees and members of the public should have a clear way to raise it.

What You Can Raise

  • Academy and Student Experience: admission administration, student support, communication, billing processes or service standards.
  • Academic or Assessment Matters: assessment administration, progression, remediation, integrity decisions or academic process.
  • Partner Conduct: unauthorized fees, misleading claims, poor service, unapproved brand use or other conduct by a Learning & Student Success Partner or Recruitment Operations Partner.
  • WITT and Recruitment: inappropriate candidate-data use, coordination issues, inaccurate employer representation or prohibited recruitment fees.
  • Privacy or Learner Data: collection, use, disclosure, retention, consent or rights requests.
  • Responsible AI: automated processing, unfair or inappropriate AI use, generated media, voice or likeness use or insufficient human review.
  • Accessibility: barriers affecting access to website, admissions, learning or assessment processes.
  • Website or Public Claims: inaccurate status, unapproved logos, misleading relationship descriptions or other factual concerns.

How to Submit a Complaint

Please provide your name and contact details; the relevant program, organization or interaction where applicable; a clear description of the concern; relevant dates; any reference number; supporting documents where appropriate; and the outcome you believe should be considered.

Do not send passwords, unrestricted financial information or unnecessary sensitive personal data.

What Happens Next

  • Acknowledge: Crucifer records the complaint and routes it to the appropriate function.
  • Triage: We determine whether the matter is academic, operational, privacy-related, accessibility-related, employment-related or otherwise requires specialist review.
  • Investigate: Relevant records are reviewed and, where appropriate, the people or organizations involved may be asked for information.
  • Respond: The complainant receives the outcome or an update where further investigation is required.
  • Escalate or Review: Where an applicable policy provides an appeal or review route, the complainant will be informed how to use it.

Service Targets

A practical operating target is to acknowledge complaints within two business days and normally provide a substantive response within ten business days. Complex academic, privacy, regulatory or multi-party matters may require additional time; where possible, the complainant should be informed of the reason and next expected step.

Academic Complaints and Appeals

An academic complaint is not automatically the same as an appeal against an academic decision. Where the applicable policy provides a formal assessment, progression or academic appeal mechanism, that mechanism will govern the review. Academic standards are not reduced because a complaint or appeal has been submitted.

Complaints About Partners

Learning Partners and Recruitment Operations Partners operate within defined Crucifer boundaries. A complaint involving an unauthorized fee; an employment guarantee; an admissions or scholarship promise; unauthorized use of the Crucifer brand; candidate-data misuse; or an attempt to charge a WITT employer or graduate should be escalated directly to Crucifer.

No Retaliation for Good-Faith Concerns

A person should not be disadvantaged merely for raising a genuine concern in good faith. This does not prevent Crucifer from acting where a submission is knowingly false, abusive, threatening or itself violates applicable rules.

External Rights

Submitting a complaint to Crucifer does not remove any right you may have to contact an applicable regulator, consumer-protection authority, data-protection authority, court or other competent body.
