In some circumstances, another organization may independently determine its own processing purposes and will provide its own privacy information.

AI and Learner Data
AI may support explanation, visualization, practice, question variation, teach-back and workflow efficiency. AI does not remove human academic accountability.
Admissions, scholarships, progression, certification and disciplinary outcomes are not intended to be released solely on the basis of an unreviewed automated output.
Academy enrolment does not give Crucifer unrestricted permission to use a learner's identity, voice, likeness, private work or personal information to train PAWS or a shared external AI model.
Where learning insight is legitimately studied, Crucifer intends to use minimized, de-identified or aggregated information wherever reasonably possible.
WITT and Candidate Information
Graduate information is not operated as a public resume database. Where an eligible graduate is considered for a WITT opportunity, information is shared only for an approved purpose and with appropriate consent. Employers and Recruitment Operations Partners may not sell, reuse, pool or distribute candidate information for unrelated purposes.
Who We May Share Information With
Where necessary for an approved purpose, information may be shared with Crucifer group entities; authorized technology and infrastructure providers; faculty and assessment providers; approved Learning & Student Success Partners; approved Recruitment Operations Partners; WITT employers for specific opportunities; banks or regulated finance providers where a student requests finance facilitation; professional advisers; regulators, courts or public authorities where legally required; and other parties where you authorize the disclosure.
We do not sell personal information as a commercial database.
International Data Transfers
Crucifer operates internationally. Information may therefore be processed in countries other than the country in which it was originally collected. Where cross-border processing occurs, Crucifer applies safeguards required by applicable law and considers the purpose of the transfer, recipient, security controls and level of protection available.
How Long We Keep Information
We retain information only for as long as reasonably required for the purpose for which it was collected, applicable legal or regulatory obligations, academic-record requirements, dispute resolution, security or the establishment and defence of legal rights. Different categories of information may therefore have different retention periods. When information is no longer required, it is deleted, anonymized or securely disposed of according to the applicable retention process.
Security
Crucifer applies technical and organizational safeguards appropriate to the information and processing risk. These may include access controls, authentication, encryption, environment separation, role-based permissions, monitoring, logging, secure development, malware protection, backups, incident response and controlled deletion.
No internet-connected system can be represented as completely risk-free. Our responsibility is to apply proportionate safeguards and respond appropriately when risk or an incident is identified.
Your Rights
Depending on applicable law, you may have rights to request information about our processing, obtain certain personal data, correct inaccurate information, request deletion, restrict or object to certain processing, withdraw consent where processing depends on consent, request portability where applicable and request human review of certain automated decisions. Identity verification may be required before a request is completed. Some requests may be limited where information must be retained by law, for legal claims, for the rights of others or for another legally permitted reason.
Marketing
You can unsubscribe from optional marketing communications at any time. Objecting to marketing will not prevent Crucifer from sending essential communications connected with an enquiry, application, enrolment, contractual relationship, security matter or legally required notice.
