A learner does not progress because a class was attended or a video was completed. Progression requires evidence of understanding, application, practical execution and the ability to explain knowledge clearly.
Apply
Use guided exercises, simulations and changing scenarios to recognize a concept beyond the example in which it was first taught.
Teach
Explain the concept to an interactive AI learner that asks questions, expresses confusion and challenges incomplete reasoning.
Build

WITT - THE INDUSTRY BRIDGE

WITT connects Crucifer Academy to industry through two separate programmes. Experienced professionals who lead or manage AI teams contribute individual guidance through the WITT Advisory Council. Organizations join the WITT Employer Network through formal MOUs that create structured pathways to receive and interview eligible Academy graduates. Advisory participation does not create a hiring commitment, and Employer Network participation does not grant curriculum authority.
WITT Advisory Council
Individual AI leaders contribute non-confidential perspective on emerging skills, practical workflows, role expectations and the evidence learners should be able to demonstrate. Crucifer Academy retains complete responsibility for curriculum, assessment and academic decisions.
WITT Employer Network
Organizations sign formal MOUs to receive and interview eligible, interested and consenting Academy graduates for relevant roles. Employers retain complete control over assessment, interviews, offers and hiring, with no WITT placement fee charged to the employer or graduate.
