Learn
Join live, two-way classes led by trained instructors from Academy-controlled teaching studios. Foundations are rebuilt where required rather than silently assumed.
ACADEMY FIRST | FIRST-COHORT PREPARATIONS UNDERWAY
The Academy comes first. It is where Crucifer will prove its learning system,
build an evidence-backed talent pipeline and create the approved learning
assets and operational insight that will later inform PAWS and RAISE.
Crucifer Academy is the first business vertical being brought to market by Crucifer AI Technologies. We develop technically rigorous AI professionals through live teaching, guided practice, AI teach-back, hands-on engineering and secure assessment.

Explore the four specialist programs, the learning method, admissions assessment, scholarships, student support and WITT employment pathways.
Explore the AcademyHelp improve the relevance of learning, meet eligible graduates or participate in both - without placement fees or surrendering control over your hiring process.
Explore WITTDeliver approved student-success or recruitment-coordination services under Academy standards and earn contracted service revenue.

A learner does not progress because a class was attended or a video was completed. Progression requires evidence of understanding, application, practical execution and the ability to explain knowledge clearly.

WITT - THE INDUSTRY BRIDGE
WITT - Where Is The Talent? - allows employers to share relevant technologies, workflows, role requirements and capability expectations. Approved input may inform electives, case studies and applied learning while Crucifer retains academic independence.
For eligible graduates, WITT is designed to create relevant evaluation and interview pathways across participating organizations and selected markets. Opportunities depend on demonstrated competency, role availability, geography, work authorization and each employer's independent process.
Participating organizations can gain earlier visibility into assessed talent, evidence beyond a resume, lower initial screening effort and zero-placement-fee access to eligible graduates. Employers retain complete control over assessment, interviews, offers and hiring.

The Crucifer Learning Agility Assessment is designed to evaluate how a candidate understands unfamiliar information, applies logic, maintains focus and persists. Prior coding experience is not the deciding factor.
BUILT IN SEQUENCE
The Academy, RAISE and PAWS are not disconnected business units. Each strengthens the next: talent becomes enterprise capability, enterprise work creates real-world insight, and research turns that insight into better knowledge infrastructure.
