Crucifer develops WITT employer relationships, receives role requirements and confirms the approved evaluation pathway before a partner is assigned.
The partner works with eligible graduates who have successfully completed the applicable Academy requirements and consented to participate in a relevant opportunity.
Scope, service levels, reporting, data handling, quality measures and payment terms are defined in the appointment agreement.
Crucifer owns and manages the WITT relationship, MOU framework, approved public wording and employer requirement.
Crucifer documents the role, capability criteria, location, timing, employment type and evaluation pathway.
Crucifer identifies graduates who meet the stated criteria, are interested in the geography or opportunity and have consented to profile sharing.
Crucifer provides approved communication, candidate-data, reporting, escalation and brand-use standards.

Confirm continued interest, availability, work-location preference and readiness before any profile is advanced.
Schedule interviews and approved assessments, maintain communication and manage changes professionally.
Track outcomes, gather permitted feedback and coordinate further employer-led evaluation.
Support accurate offer-stage communication, documentation, joining coordination and status visibility without advising beyond the approved scope.
Maintain timely records, flag delays or concerns and protect the experience of both employer and graduate.
The partner may not charge a WITT employer for candidate access, placement or coordination.
The partner may not charge a graduate for access to an opportunity, interview, offer or joining support.
Candidate information may not be sold, reused, pooled or shared outside the approved opportunity.
The partner may not promise an interview, offer, visa, salary, joining or employment outcome.
A partner may not use a WITT introduction to solicit unrelated business without written authorization.
Appointment does not permit the partner to describe itself as an Academy, accreditation body, employer-network owner or exclusive representative unless expressly authorized.
