WITT — Where Is The Talent?

WITT - WHERE IS THE TALENT?

Help shape capability.
Meet candidates who
have proved it.

WITT connects Crucifer Academy to industry through two distinct pathways: an Advisory Council of experienced AI leaders who contribute individual guidance on relevant capability, and an Employer Network of organizations that sign formal MOUs to interview eligible Academy graduates.

WITT

Two distinct pathways. One shared purpose.

WITT keeps Academy learning connected to real industry requirements and creates structured pathways from demonstrated capability to employment opportunity. Its two programmes are deliberately separate: one guides learning, while the other creates organizational interview pathways.

Pathway 1 — WITT Advisory Council

Individuals who help shape relevant capability.

Experienced professionals who lead or manage AI teams participate in their individual capacity. They advise on emerging skills, practical workflows, role expectations and the evidence a learner should be able to demonstrate. Crucifer Academy retains complete academic responsibility.

Pathway 2 — WITT Employer Network

Organizations that create interview pathways.

Participating organizations sign an MOU defining how eligible graduates may be introduced and interviewed for relevant roles. Employers retain complete control over assessment, interviews, offers and hiring.

Why Industry Leaders and Employers Participate

Curriculum Relevance

Advisory Council members help the Academy understand the capabilities, tools and working practices becoming important in real AI roles.

Practical Industry Perspective

Experienced AI leaders contribute insight that helps learning remain connected to current and emerging work.

Independent Contribution

Advisors contribute personally and without assuming academic authority or creating an obligation for their employer.

Evidence Beyond a Resume

Employer Network organizations can review clearer evidence of what an eligible graduate understands, can execute and can explain.

Zero Placement Fees

Neither the participating employer nor the graduate pays a WITT placement fee.

Full Hiring Control

Every employer retains its independent assessment, interview, offer and hiring process.

An organization may join the Employer Network while one of its employees separately participates in the Advisory Council. Neither relationship automatically creates the other.

How WITT Works

  1. 01

    Confirm Individual Fit

Confirm that the prospective member leads or manages relevant AI work and can contribute useful, non-confidential industry perspective.

  2. 02

    Formalize the Advisory Role

Agree the individual-capacity appointment, contribution expectations, public profile permissions and participation boundaries.

  3. 03

    Contribute Industry Guidance

Advise on relevant capabilities, tools, workflows, role expectations and evidence. Crucifer Academy independently reviews and decides how that input may inform learning.

  4. 04

    Formalize the Organization Pathway

Sign an MOU defining relevant roles, locations, capability criteria, anticipated demand, data handling and the interview process.

  5. 05

    Introduce Eligible Graduates

Connect relevant, interested and consenting graduates who have successfully completed the applicable Academy requirements.

  6. 06

    Interview and Decide Independently

The employer conducts its own evaluation, interviews, offers and hiring decisions. Recruitment coordination remains zero-fee to the employer and graduate.

THE ZERO-FEE PRINCIPLE

Zero placement fees to employers.
Zero placement fees to graduates.

Recruitment coordination is funded directly by Crucifer Academy. Approved Recruitment Operations Partners may not charge either party, sell access to candidate data or promise employment.

MOU Notice: A WITT MOU creates a defined engagement framework. It does not guarantee an interview, offer or employment for every graduate.
